HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY IN-HOME DELIVERY AND SETUP?

In some neighborhoods of New York City and Los Angeles, your delivery will be scheduled when placing your order. You’ll be presented with a list of available dates and times to choose from once you reach the delivery method. From there, select a slot and continue to checkout! You’ll receive confirmation via email after ordering.

In the rest of our In-home Delivery and Setup markets, you’ll be able to schedule your delivery as soon as your order has arrived at your local delivery hub in it’s entirety — typically about 1 - 5 business days after your order is placed. You’ll be able to keep an eye on their progress by following the Package Tracker link we’ll provide via email within 48 hours of placing your order. As soon as your order is complete at our delivery partners, you’ll receive a phone call to schedule your delivery date.
