We’re happy to reschedule your mattress delivery or removal service for a time that is convenient for you.

If you selected your delivery window when placing your order, just contact us at least four hours before your scheduled Casper service and we’ll be happy to change your delivery to a date or time that works better for you.

If our delivery partner reached out to schedule your delivery, you can reach out to them directly to reschedule your delivery at 800-883-4593. They’ll be happy to help reschedule your appointment for a different day or time that would work better for you.
