CAN I SPECIFY A DELIVERY DATE? IF SO, WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

We’d love to help you coordinate the arrival of your Casper with a move or special event. In most US zip codes, you can opt into in-home delivery and setup of your mattress ! Just select White Glove delivery at checkout.

For orders delivered with UPS, send us an email at support@casper.com so we can make the arrangements. A few days before your requested date, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. Please keep an eye on your tracking number – it's the best way to ensure your Casper gets delivered on time!

Casper is shipped through a third party shipping service, so we cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates, but we will do absolutely everything in our power to try. Please note that UPS Ground generally delivers Monday through Friday, with certain cities allowing for Saturday delivery. We recommend you place your order as quickly as possible so we can arrange it!
