DO YOU OFFER IN-HOME DELIVERY AND SETUP SERVICE?

We’re excited to offer In-home delivery and Setup options across the 48 contiguous states and the Greater Toronto Area! During your scheduled time frame, a local courier will bring your new Casper products to the appropriate room, unbox them, and remove any additional packaging.

Our delivery partner will call you to schedule your delivery date once they have all of your products ready to go in their local hub. The night before delivery they will reach out to confirm your four-hour delivery window.

Some customers in New York City and Los Angeles can schedule a two-hour delivery window during the checkout process.

For both programs, you can also add on a removal service, in which the same couriers will remove and recycle* your previously owned mattress and foundation/box spring within the same time window. To be eligible for removal of a mattress and boxspring, those same items must be purchased through Casper. An order with one mattress will have one mattress eligible for removal. An order with one foundation and an old box spring/foundation would also be eligible for removal. All mattresses removed using Casper’s In-home delivery and Setup service must be in sanitary condition. sanitary condition.
