I OPTED INTO THE IN-HOME DELIVERY AND SETUP, BUT I NEED A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI). WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We recommend double checking with your building's management before placing your order — the truth is, many buildings don't actually need a COI request for a Casper delivery because our boxes are generally small enough! If you scheduled your delivery window during the checkout process, please send in your building's sample COI to support@casper.com and allow two business days to process. Please put "COI Request" in the subject line so we can see it right away!
