We’re happy to reschedule your In-Home Delivery and Setup for a day that is convenient for you.

If you selected your delivery window when placing your order, just contact our Customer Experience team at +1 888-498-0003 at least four hours before your scheduled service and we’ll be happy to change your delivery to a date that works better for you.

If our delivery partner reached out to schedule your delivery, you can reach out to them directly to reschedule your delivery at +1 800-883-4593. They’ll be happy to help reschedule your appointment for a different day that would work better for you.
