HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
If you decide that your Casper products aren’t right for you within your trial period, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. For smaller items like our bedding, pillows, accessories, and dog beds, you can visit our returns center by signing into your Casper account and selecting the item(s) you wish to return or by clicking here for additional help. You'll be able to print a free pre-paid shipping label and drop the box off at UPS. Provided the items are received in donatable condition, we’ll process a full refund once we receive them back at our facility. Customers may return a maximum of two items of the same product type. To begin your return of a larger item such as a mattress or furniture, our returns specialists are here to help! You can chat with us or email Send Email to begin the process. We'll work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full once your product is picked up. Please note that all items must be in donatable condition.
