WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want to make sure you love your Casper items, so if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return them for free and get a full refund during the trial period. As long as the items are in donatable condition, you can return it without the original packaging or box, even if they have been assembled. Customers may return a maximum of two items of the same product type.

For smaller items like our bedding, pillows, and dog beds, you can visit our return center. From there, you'll print a prepaid shipping label and drop the box off at UPS. Provided the items are received in donatable condition, we’ll process a full refund once we receive them back at our facility.

For larger items like mattresses or furniture, please contact us at +1 888-498-0003 or support@casper.com to initiate your return. We'll work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full.

Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks. If you paid for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, you’ll get a refund for those shipping costs as well.
