Not a good gift for

"Not a good gift for others considering a new-out-of-the-box item behaves like the hundreds of defective items online. Requires hours of initial charging for validation that it even works. You or your gift recipient will think they have a 1-pack or 2-pack of overpriced plastic paperweights on their hands with a breakable charge base (as reported my hundreds online). Stay clear."

I love it so much

"I love it so much ♥️! It's the greatest pillow of all time! It's so nice to sleep on and it's cured my sleeping issues. I've been telling everyone about it and brag about it regularly. Since I already purchased one and a dual Glow light 💡 pack. Send me another pillow for the great reviews I've been telling everyone I know about the greatest pillow of all time and showing off the coolest lights I've ever seen. Build quality and design is

"Build quality and design is well done. Great features, that work very intuitively and effectively, but - the best feature is the alarm feature to slowly increase brightness. However, buyer beware - the app is only available on Apple phones. If you have an Android like the gift recipient, this prevents you from being able to use the most important function of the lights, and really impacts the overall inherent value in the product."

I ordered the two pack

"I ordered the two pack to set up a glow pair. Both lights had faulty buttons on one end that would only intermittently function. Neither light worked out of the box, but after reading the full manual, I learned how to reboot them (didn't work) then a factory reset (still didn't work) but after yet another reboot, they both were able to connect to the app. This was particularly difficult with both of them having faulty buttons on one end. Then they would randomly unpair from each other, a problem that continues to this day. They are also very touchy about sitting on the charging stand and if you're not careful, they will lose charge and stop working altogether. Until you reboot them. . ."

We bought these Glow lights

"We bought these Glow lights when they were $85 and the charger broke in less than 2 years of use. This charging issues is known to Casper but they will not replace the chargers for free. They also don’t sell them separately. The lights are now ~$129 and there is absolutely no way anyone should ever pay that much for one. The right thing to do is for Casper to replace the faulty chargers FOR NO COST for anyone who contacts. Then fix the known charging issue and change the design."
