"Pillow cases are thin and cool. They have a nice sized pocket to hold pillows in place. They wash up well as long as you take them out of the dryer immediately and fold while warm. Love the feel of percale. Thanks Casper!"

Order was delayed between two

"Order was delayed between two and three months with very little communication. The ticket I submitted was addressed promptly, but the date they gave me for arrival was again delayed--this time with no communication. When the pillowcases finally arrived, I was excited to finally have them until I felt them. Hoping that they'd feel more comfortable after a wash, I gave that a shot. Permanently wrinkly--though the texture itself is also uncomfortable to lay on. 08/12: Order date 08/22: Informed by email (10 days later) that order was delayed until 10/03 10/06: I receive an email asking me to rate my order (that I have not received). 10/08: I submitted a ticket hoping to get an update. They gave me a shipping date of 10/10. 10/15: Informed by email that my package has started the shipping process (delayed 5 days from the date they gave me) 10/20: Package arrives Kinda feels like I unwittingly gave them a two month loan."
