With Casper, he's trying to make sure we all get a good night's rest.
Jeff sleeps deep, wakes early, and never snores.

Gabe uses machines to solve human problems. While attending Brown University, he implemented a data visualization project for the Library of Congress. He is also an award-winning composer and musician whose work has been performed everywhere from Cape Town to Carnegie Hall.
Gabe's transition to sleep is filled with music, counting sheep, and Netflix — but once he gets there, it's hard to rouse him out.

Luke guides Casper’s brand and creative direction. He thinks the work-to-lives and live-to-works are missing the point - sleeping to sleep. While in college, he started his university’s largest student-run company. At Casper, he works to make mattresses marvelous.
Luke is a front and back sleeper. 11-7. Likes a top sheet below his comforter. Two soft pillows make one firm one. No alarm until 8.

Neil uses humans to solve machine problems. He was accepted to medical school at 17, has a couple of NASA patents, designs bacteria, and was class president at Brown. At Casper, he lives to make material madness reality.

A side-sleeper who needs at least seven hours to function, she sets her alarm at ridiculous five minute intervals to make sure she gets up.

Hailing from New England, Ashley came to the city that never sleeps in pursuit of adventure, people watching and brunch. She brings her affinity for sleeping-in and passion for digital marketing to Casper, where she delights and inspires customers via all things email. In her spare time, she can be found binge-watching Netflix series in bed, scouring the city for authentic lobster rolls or out running with her dog, Gunner.
Ashley sleeps in what she has coined as "figure four" position - on her stomach, one knee up, other leg straight down. She doesn't do mornings, and can't even think about getting up until she's gone through at least 4 rounds of the iPhone snooze.

Outside of work, you can typically find David mountain biking and dining his way through town.
David can fall asleep anywhere, but preferably on his side with a large down comforter. He also hits his snooze too many times and has a habit of turning his alarm off in his sleep.

His personal search for meaning and purpose often causes him stress, a common problem for people of his age. Thankfully, on occasion he is able to temporarily convince himself that everything will fall into place and he should just try to have a good time.
Eli needs a solid 8 hours. He doesn't like it when people are proud of themselves for needing a small amount of sleep. Isn't that something that is true of less intelligent animals. Like chickens? He wouldn't be surprised if the reason he needs more sleep than some other people is because they just aren't as smart as him.

Prior to sleeping on a Casper Gina spent many exhausting nights being chased by dinosaurs in her dreams. She now wakes up well rested and less sore!

Originally from Ireland, Howard is still enthused by how tall all the buildings in New York are. He loves chatting to people about their sleep experience, which is great for work but a bit more problematic at weekends.
Howard is reckless when it comes to his sleep, often foregoing an early night in favor of diligently reading his Twitter feed. A side-sleeper with an uncompromising one-leg-out, one-leg-in policy, he's consistently surprised by his morning alarm.

Prior to Casper, he was the art director at Jack Spade and has also worked independently for organizations like RISD, Design That Matters, Urban Outfitters, SS+K, and Popeye Magazine (JP).

To drift off, Jeff finds peace in British podcasts. There’s something about BBC presenters blathering on about world economic crises that brings on the sleep.

She started her career in finance at GE and NBCUniversal, then realized marketing was much more fun. She has a background in retention, brand, digital strategy, and CRM from places including Time Inc. and Tough Mudder. She is happiest while watching Justin Timberlake on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and playing with a bunch of puppies.
Right side-sleeper who needs to sleep with earplugs to avoid the 4 am horns honking outside her new apartment. She is often woken up by strange dreams about her teeth being too tight in her mouth, and always needs a cup of water.

Perhaps more importantly, he performed as NYU's school mascot, the Bobcat. But shh, that's supposed to be a secret.

At Casper, Jonathan dedicates himself to spreading sleep both inside (legal) and outside (biz dev) the office.
Jonathan sleeps to wake no more, except when he wakes to sleep more, or something like that. Following previous incarnations as a broken thinker and corporate lawyer, he is just happy to be sleeping again.

Michael is a fanatic of all things numbers, charts, and graphs and is a constant force who helps the CX team grow and provide the best possible experience for all Casper owners.
Michael sleeps with a large comforter wrapping his entire body, except his feet. Never his feet.

Monica is a strategic marketer that connects brands to the communities they thrive in through experience design. She's helped people find better ways to move around cities at companies like Hailo and Zipcar. Before that, she extolled the virtues of electrolytes while leading field marketing efforts for Glacéau Vitaminwater. The Miami native roots for the Miami Heat (even in a post-Lebron world).
Monica is a side sleeper with a penchant for pillows (the kind you sleep on, not the decorative kind you have to remove before you get into bed). Her television's sleep timer is her best friend and the iPhone snooze button is in a close second place.

Nicholas likes principally to build things with code. When he is not writing code he can be found wandering the cafeterias, diners, barrooms and dumps of Greenwich Village. Bartenders and countermen in the Village refer to him as the Professor, the Sea Gull, Professor Sea Gull, the Mongoose, Professor Mongoose, or the Bellevue Boy. In a distant life he studied computer science at Columbia University and spent years as a journeyman hacker at startups about New York.
Like many eccentrics Nicholas is a night wanderer. Many evenings you will find him in Washington Square, beside the statue of Garibaldi, holding communion with a flock of pigeons. These pigeons know him. He has given names to some of them. When he does eventually sleep, it is on his back, with an eye shade on his face, ear plugs in his ears, and a blackout shade drawn over the window for good measure.

With a passion for customer service, Sam brings to Casper a CX background, fine tuned in hospitality in the Aloha State! After being denied nap time in preschool, Sam is a long time believer in the wonders of a good night sleep. Having lived in eight states as well as being a dual US-Aussie citizen, travel is what Sam enjoys most. While a member of the CX team, she can also make a mean lava cake, and is an avid Seahawks fan.
Sam is a stomach sleeper and can sleep through just about anything. Early to bed, early to rise, Sam needs a full eight hours, if not more! She enjoys snuggling into her bed filled of homemade quilts and a sea of pillows.

Sameer. the self-proclaimed 'California King' (pun intended) brings his lust for entrepreneurship across the country from Los Angeles. His involvement with influencers and unique brands brings a fresh insight into the world of Casper. His mission is simple- to never let anyone wake up on the wrong side of the bed.
Sameer enjoys hogging the blanket, drooling on his pillow, and snoring with his mouth open. But in all seriousness, he does.

A member of the CX team, Scott also is a self proclaimed Instagram connoisseur. Scott spends his free time running insane distances as he trains for his first marathon and visits swanky New York restaurants on the reg. His prized possessions include, but are not limited to, the Instagram handle @Scott.
Scott sleeps short but deep. A cool room, 2 pillows and 3 Bon Iver tracks have him swimming in a sea of blankets.

If Victor isn't ruining his sleep schedule surfing the web or playing games, he'll be sprawed out on his bed, fast asleep, completely oblivious to everything that's going on around him.

Virginia from Arkansas has moved around a bit so she knows the importance of a nice place to rest your head at night. She studied rhetoric at Drake University in Des Moines, IA and then studied it some more for her masters from Syracuse University. When she's not sleeping or thinking about mattresses, Virginia does improv and sketch comedy around NYC with her friends.
Virginia is a side sleeper that shares her bed with a puppy that sleeps at the foot of her bed.
