The Merino Wool & Down Duvet
Warms when it's cool.Cools when it's warm.
Warms when it's cool. Cools when it's warm.
A duvet that combines the cosy comfort of down, with the breathability of moisture-wicking merino wool.
Forget clumping, fluffiness guaranteed.
No shivering. No sweating.
A thin layer of merino wool lines our ethically-sourced down duvet. Why merino wool? It's finer and lighter than normal wool. Not only is it a great insulator, but it absorbs moisture and is naturally odour-resistant.
Less time re-making the bed, means more time in it.
Clever corner loops attach to your Casper sheets to stop things getting twisted (even if you toss and turn).
And it stays fluffy. Bye bye, bunching.
It's constructed like your favourite puffy jacket. The small rectangular chambers keep everything cosy and in place.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Casper Duvet made of?
Our duvet has a 100% cotton shell filled with IDFL Certified Duck Down (which is ethically sourced) and a layer of merino wool.
Why choose these materials?
Synthetic fibres, wool, silk, feather and down – when it comes to duvet fillings, the choice is endless. Trust us, we know – we looked at them all. So, why did we choose down? And why combine it with wool? Synthetic fibres can cause sweating, be prone to clumping and not last as long as other materials. Feathers, while likely to keep you warm, are heavier than down and so can detract from that desired duvet fluffiness. And so we chose 100% pure, ethically sourced, duck-down - giving you a lighter, fluffier duvet that will keep you warm but also allow you to breath. We combined this with a merino wool later that will wick away moisture, keeping your duvet fresh and your dreams sweet.
Is it possible to wash the Duvet?
Yes, it is. But in the same way you need to take a little extra care with your favourite wool jumper, it is best to be gentle with your Merino Down duvet. To keep it feeling it’s fluffiest, wash it in a large front-loaded washing machine on a cold gentle cycle and with like colors. Tumble dry low.
How often should I wash my Duvet?
We recommend once or twice a year as the optimum amount to keep your duvet feeling fresh but not over-loved.
What seasons is this Duvet suitable for?
All. That’s right, no more clambering up to the loft every 3 months to do a seasonal duvet swap. We’ve used materials that are warm but breathable, as well as adding a layer that wicks away sweat – creating an all-season duvet that fits with your changing needs throughout the entire year.
What sizes is the Duvet available in?
Whether you're sleeping alone, or sharing the bed with a duvet hog, we have a duvet size to fit everyone's needs.
