Yes, you can still contact us during your trial period on your mattress so that we can register your return request and the collection of your mattress will be made as soon as possible.

Regarding the return of your other items such as the pillow, mattress protector or sheets, you can contact us during your 30-night trial period and we will send you a return label. If the UPS access points near your home are closed, it will still be possible to return your items once they reopen.

You will be reimbursed in full upon receipt of your returned items.
