Should you decide to exchange your Casper mattress or furniture product, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team by calling +1 888-498-0003 or emailing within your trial period to facilitate a return. We’ll arrange for your existing product to be picked up right from your home at a date and time that’s convenient for you — and help place a new order for your replacement product. Once the pickup of your original product has been confirmed, your account will be refunded in full for your initial purchase.

For all other products, just visit our return center to print out a prepaid UPS label and ship your product back to Casper free of charge. Once we receive your shipment, you can expect to see your account refunded within 1 - 2 weeks. In the meantime, you can go ahead and place an order for your replacement product online or with one of our Product Consultants at +1 855-885-2817.
