We’ll help place a new order for your replacement product — and arrange for your existing product to be picked up right from your home at a date and time that’s convenient for you. Once the pickup of your original product has been confirmed, your account will be refunded in full for your initial purchase.

For all other products, visit our return center by signing into your Casper account to print out a prepaid UPS label and ship your product back to us free of charge. Once we receive your shipment, you can expect to see your account refunded within 1 - 2 weeks.
