"Pillow is not of the same quality as the three other pillows we have recently purchased and CASPER customer service did not care. They said they are satisfied with their production of the pillows and that my experience with past Original pillow purchases should not be compared with my new purchase?? What do I know apparently? Customer service refused to remedy the situation."
"My wife is a back sleeper and it’s been a fine pillow for her. However, as a side sleeper, it doesn’t offer near enough support. I have to stack an older thin foam pillow on top of the Casper pillow to get it where my head doesn’t slump lower than my shoulder when I’m lying on my side.
