"VERY disappointed. Expected to be like the example in the store. I bought it based on the comfort level of the store model I tried. It wasn't at all the same. It's SO hard I can't stand it. My cousin bought one too. She said the same thing. I don't recommend."
"Very easy to unpack and the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on."
"Well constructed, good size and extremely valuable. I can heartily endorse this product."
"It wasn’t what I expected. It’s very uncomfortable and doesn’t stay in place long enough"
"Poor return policy not being allowed to try the pillow first."
"It’s nice to have something big and tall to lean back on in bed. Only taking a star off because it smells…seems like it needs a lot of time for off gassing. Guessing there’s some VOCs to worry about."
"Uncomfortable. Feels and looks cheap. Beware the return policy which won't allow you to actually try the pillow."
"One of my Christmas present to my wife was your backrest pillow. she absolutely love it. She love sitting in bed at night with her I pad and watch movies and just searches the internet. In fact it so comfortable it put her to sleep. I would definitely recommend this produce to everyone. This pillow is a real gem to buy ."
"not triangular, more like snorlax shaped- it has a deep fold which prevents even support. this is due to how it was shipped. even after 2 days to allow it to expand this fold is still there… wouldnt reccomend"
"Such a great back support pillow for in bed. My sister in law visited, used mine and then asked for one of her own!"
