"Not so thrilled with the mattress. I just doesn’t feel all that comfortable. Can’t really isolate the exact reason. Not enough springs, maybe? It just feels like a big piece of styrofoam. Oh well. So it goes. Surprised it got such a high rating from Consumer Reports."
"My original-model Casper was starting to show its years and I was ready for an upgrade. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase! I’m sleeping comfortably in all positions. I love how plush the top layer is, without completely sinking into the mattress. The extra 2” of height over my old mattress is also a nice change."
"My new Casper mattress and the adjustable frame are great! Thank you to Penelope who helped me in the showroom. It was also recommended by Consumer Reports. Delivery and setup went very well. Really happy with this purchase."
"At first I was worried that we would miss our old bed (also a Casper, an older model), however, we transitioned to our new mattress with ease. We didn’t miss a wink of sleep. Casper you’ve continued to make huge fans out of us. We’ll see you at the next bed upgrade!"
"The first night there was this intense chemical smell. The salesperson DID warn me about it. Bu night 7 it was completely gone. It took a night or two to get used to the new bed, but now I am sleeping extremely well, no tossing and turning and my body feels fully supported. I am very happy with my purchase."
"Because of tracking I was able to see that they never even got close to my house and were at least 30 min away from me at any point. Despite that, they claimed they tried to deliver the mattress. I would like my money back."
"Bed has been fantastic so far! Have had it for two months now and no issues to speak of. Super comfy and Cool Cover was a great add-on."
"I miss my old Casper. I moved and couldn’t keep my bed so I bought this one as a replacement and don’t love it but I like it well enough. I have been a hugeeeee Casper fan obsessed with my last matress from Casper but this one was the similar version to my previous one, I was told, and it’s much firmer so 6/10 purchase."
"The mattress is comfortable but it smells of chemicals so wouldn’t recommend. It has been 6 weeks since I purchased it and the out gassing is unbearable"
"I bought whst I expected to be the same mattress as a previous purchase, just larger. It’s much thinner and much too hard. I hate it."
