Use front load commercial washer and dryer. Machine wash normal with non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry on low with dryer balls (or clean tennis balls!) to help redistribute fill and absorb extra moisture. Confirm the pillow has dried thoroughly before use

"I purchased a king bed, percale sheet set, and 2 pillows in May to be delivered to my new home a month later. The bed is great but the sheets and the pillows and not as I expected. The sheets are not soft and have not softened after being washed multiple times. The pillows are too high and dense. I reached out to customer service and was told that once they were opened and used there’s no recourse."

Cleaning our pillows is easy! The Down and Original Casper Pillows are machine washable and can be tumble dried on low with dryer balls or clean tennis balls. The Foam Pillow has a machine washable outer pillow cover, and the foam can be spot cleaned. We recommend you wash your pillows every 3-6 months.
