We are sleeping comfortably on
"We are sleeping comfortably on this mattress and we really like it. We slept on our previous mattress for fifty years. It was a Swedish latex foam mattress on a Danish platform bed. The has taken a little while for us to become used to our Casper and it's 11 inch thickness after sleeping on our old mattress for so many years. The relative softness of the edges or sides has required the most adjustment on our methods of getting into and out of bed. Our Casper has been otherwise perfect."

Not only months of waiting
"Not only months of waiting (ordered bed frame in early July, still waiting for it in early September) but they delivered the wrong size 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing back from Casper since. Customer Service was apologetic and professional, yet theft told me they get back to me within a few days to give me the info for an expedited correct order. No word after 2 weeks."

I have now purchase 3
"I have now purchase 3 "The One" mattresses in three different mattress sizes (twin, full, and queen). I'm a side sleeper and this style mattress really works for me. I have lower back and shoulder discomfort from arthritis and The One allows me to sleep through the night with the right amount of support and feel refreshed when I get up. Other mattresses that I'm exposed too from places like hotels or visiting family usually causes back or shoulder pain when I wake up. So I'm sold on The One mattress. It's worth giving it a try."

I think I should’ve gone
"I think I should’ve gone with the cloud-one mattress but no clue how to get a king size mattress returned. This just isn’t quite comfortable enough for a stomach sleeper and feels weird paying this much for a mattress only to put a topper on it anyway."

Too Firm for Me
"The mattress seems well made but is way too firm for my 64 yr old body. Made my hips and legs hurt. I tried walking on it to soften it and slept on it each night for 6 weeks but it didn't seem to get any softer. I am returning it and have purchased the Cloud One. Hopefully it will be softer."
