You can return your Casper item and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery or within 30 days of an in-store purchase, provided the merchandise is unused, and in its original packaging and condition.
It’s important to test out all your Casper products in your own sleep environment. We offer a 30-night trial on our furniture products so that you can do just that. When you purchase your furniture with a paired mattress, we're happy to extend the trial to 100 nights to match that of your mattress. As long as your furniture is in donate-able condition, you can return it without the original packaging or box, even if it has been assembled.
Our Glows, Comfy Mattress Toppers, and Dog Bed all come with 30-night trials. If this product isn't right for you or your pup, email our Customer Experience team here for assistance.
When you purchase a Casper Bundle, all of the items in the bundle will have the same trial period. If your bundle includes a mattress, the entire bundle will have a 100-night trial period.
Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks.
If you paid for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, you’ll get a refund for those shipping costs as well.
If you paid for our in-home delivery and setup service, we will not refund for the service performed.Â
You may return a maximum of two items of the same product type.
