What pillow firmness should I choose?Soft, Firm, and In BetweenA pillow’s overall firmness may seem subjective, but there is real science and testing the Casper product development team conducts for every pillow we create to determine its firmness. What you find most comfortable is a choice completely up to you, but we have developed a five-point scale to make shopping for the perfect firmness a little bit easier. FirmA pillow with the least amount of sink is considered a firm pillow on the Casper firmness scale.  Medium FirmOne step closer to the middle ground, a medium-firm firmness is a touch softer on the scale. What pillow height is best for me?Rest Your HeadA combination of height and firmness, profile refers to the overall height of the pillow once compressed with your head while lying down. Did you know the average adult head is between 8 and 12 pounds? "It’s a great pillow, really great quality. And I like how you can unzip it and wash it. The only issue I have is that it goes too flat. It feels like it is full and fluffy, but then it goes flat once you lay your head down. That’s my personal preference. If it stayed more fluffy or even had a little bit bigger insert, it would be the perfect pillow!"
"So far I am really enjoying the Original Cooling Pillow. When I first tried it at the mattress store, I was testing out a new mattress with my husband, but couldn't help but notice how comfortable the pillow was. I ended up getting the pillow, but was surprised by how much fluffier / thicker it was compared to the one at the store. I was nervous it might be TOO thick and uncomfortable, but thankfully that has not been the case. My neck / head feels supported and I've been sleeping well on it."
"At first I really loved this pillow as I really love a fluffy pillowS However, after the first 2 weeks my neck and back were unaligned causing a lot of stiffness in my back and neck. I’m a side/stomach sleeper and these seemed low enough to be comfortable at first. Event my husband who also got this pillow mentioned pain in his neck and upper back and he sleeps on his back and side. He also finds himself rolling off the pillow of having a hard angle due to the pillow shaft possibly being too high. I think the pillow is the culprit because we have a 6 year old Casper mattress and I recently slept on a neck contour pillow and a lot of the tension and soreness lessened the next morning. I very much prefer the feather down pillow king side or the original pillow."
"Deceptive warranty! On day 1 the pillow was great. By day 3 it had expanded to the point my cervical spine flared up. I tried to return it within the 30 day return period but they refused because it had been removed from the packaging. How do you know if it will work for you if you leave it in the packaging??
