"The bed frame came cracked, after over a week of back and forth with what I think was a AI chat on email I was approved for a replacement finally after calling and speaking to a person. The second bed frame came in worse shape than the first. The box was damaged and parts were missing. I was at least able to piece together a bed frame from the two damaged items."
