"Not only months of waiting (ordered bed frame in early July, still waiting for it in early September) but they delivered the wrong size 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing back from Casper since. Customer Service was apologetic and professional, yet theft told me they get back to me within a few days to give me the info for an expedited correct order. No word after 2 weeks."
"I have now purchase 3 "The One" mattresses in three different mattress sizes (twin, full, and queen). I'm a side sleeper and this style mattress really works for me. I have lower back and shoulder discomfort from arthritis and The One allows me to sleep through the night with the right amount of support and feel refreshed when I get up. Other mattresses that I'm exposed too from places like hotels or visiting family usually causes back or shoulder pain when I wake up. So I'm sold on The One mattress. It's worth giving it a try."
"I think I should’ve gone with the cloud-one mattress but no clue how to get a king size mattress returned. This just isn’t quite comfortable enough for a stomach sleeper and feels weird paying this much for a mattress only to put a topper on it anyway."
"The mattress seems well made but is way too firm for my 64 yr old body. Made my hips and legs hurt. I tried walking on it to soften it and slept on it each night for 6 weeks but it didn't seem to get any softer. I am returning it and have purchased the Cloud One. Hopefully it will be softer."
