What pillow firmness should I choose?Soft, Firm, and In BetweenA pillow’s overall firmness may seem subjective, but there is real science and testing the Casper product development team conducts for every pillow we create to determine its firmness. What you find most comfortable is a choice completely up to you, but we have developed a five-point scale to make shopping for the perfect firmness a little bit easier. "Very adaptable. Will mold to your head shape. Is sturdy enough to provide support, but not so sturdy as to force your neck to mold to it. Only downside is that it requires washing a little more often than most pillows (every 4 or 5 months instead of the industry standard 6) to keep shape and support. Though I imagine that is a known design tradeoff to keep it from being too firm."
