"I’m angry. We ordered the two beds for an immediate need. The mattresses came quickly but we are still waiting for the frame and headboard to be delivered. Your delivery service and process for these items is completely broken. In fact I called you to find out when they would be delivered. They are still not here."

"The bed frame and mattress deserve 5 stars, but customer service tanked on this order. Although the purchase came with in-home assembly of the bed frame and removal of all packaging, etc. , that did not happen. After contacting Casper, I received an apology and assembly was rescheduled. When that day came, a team showed up to pick up the mattress. What??? Again, Casper apologized and we rescheduled. The morning of the expected service call, I received a text saying that it was cancelled because Casper had not paid for such. What a mess!! We assembled the bed ourselves. Casper made no effort to make amends for this inconvenience. I am very disappointed in this poor service experience. The bed frame and mattress are wonderful."
