The Weighted Blanket comes in 3 weights. For optimal comfort, we recommend using the weight closest to 10% of your body weight. If you’re in between weights, we recommend rounding up to the higher weight. The Weighted Blanket is an individual-sized throw blanket and is not meant to be shared or as a replacement for your bed blanket.
Our Weighted Blanket is spot clean only. Just dissolve the detergent in warm water before washing and air dry.
