"Not only did I not love the hyper lite sheets although I’ve been a customer of Casper for years I also have not received my return credit to my account. It is now been over 15 days with three different phone calls to customer service. They reassured me that the money was being transferred into my account twice, and it is still not back on my credit card."
"If I’m being completely honest, I wasn’t 100% satisfied with these sheets. I purchased them specifically because I have a thicker mattress, and standard sheets tend to slip off or come undone in the middle of the night. While these sheets definitely fit better, I still noticed some bunching and scrunching along the sides, which was disappointing. Another thing I wasn’t particularly impressed with was how extremely thin the material feels. I’m not sure if that’s intentional to create the cooling effect, but personally, I would have preferred something with a little more substance. Given the price point, I really wanted to love these sheets, but unfortunately, they didn’t quite live up to my expectations. They’re not terrible by any means, but I do think there’s room for improvement, especially when it comes to the overall fit and quality of the material."
"I ordered a set of sheets with extra pillowcases. All were to be in the color of gray. The sheets came in white and I contacted customer service. I still have not had a reply to resolve the problem. That said, the texture of these hyperlite sheets & pillowcase is great. Perfect for summer."

"They’re soft and cool for sure, but they do not stay on whatsoever. I have a Casper mattress with a Casper protector and two Casper pillows so I figured “Casper sheets will be great” but nope, not even a little. They slide on the pillows completely and I have to redo both the fitted and top sheet every. single. day. They’re fine for maybe the first day after a wash but I do not recommend these for regular use."
