Use front load commercial washer and dryer. Machine wash normal with non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry on low with dryer balls (or clean tennis balls!) to help redistribute fill and absorb extra moisture. Confirm the pillow has dried thoroughly before use

The Casper Down pillow features our one-of-a-kind 5 chamber design that allows fluffy down feathers to provide incredible support and adapt to any sleep position.

All of our feathers are ethically sourced and certified by the Responsible Down Standard (RDS).

Do I need to fluff the pillow?

Yes, it’s best to fluff your pillow often (daily, if possible) to keep it looking and feeling fresh. Our pillow’s fill is specifically designed so that it can be revived and returned to its original puffiness with just a quick fluff.

What certifications do Casper pillows have?

The feathers in our Down Pillows come from birds who have been treated with care. All our feathers are certified by the Responsible Down Standard (RDS).

Our Foam Pillow uses CertiPUR-US® foam and an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 cover, meaning that they’re free from harmful chemicals

How do I clean my Casper pillows?

Cleaning our pillows is easy! The Down and Original Casper Pillows are machine washable and can be tumble dried on low with dryer balls or clean tennis balls. The Foam Pillow has a machine washable outer pillow cover, and the foam can be spot cleaned. We recommend you wash your pillows every 3-6 months.

How often should you replace your pillows?

Ideally, you should replace your pillows every one to two years, but this time frame can vary based on several factors. Below are some reasons why you may need to replace your pillow:

Pillows can get pretty dirty: While we sleep, the oils and debris from our skin become embedded in our pillow (and not just the pillowcase—the actual pillow).
Your pillow has lost its shape: As our pillows age, they tend to lose their shape. This goes double if you fold, bend, or squeeze your pillows at night.
Your pillow just isn’t comfy anymore: Your pillow’s purpose is to provide comfort and support as you drift off to dreamland. No matter what anyone says about how long pillows last, if your pillow’s not fulfilling the reason for its existence, it’s time to retire it.
