"I've had the bed for over a month; I still smell the chemicals venting from the mattress. It smelled bad enough when we first got it I took off its protective layer and left it in out bedroom with fans blowing on and the windows open. As far as comfort and sleep quality it's great."
"We are sleeping comfortably on this mattress and we really like it. We slept on our previous mattress for fifty years. It was a Swedish latex foam mattress on a Danish platform bed. The has taken a little while for us to become used to our Casper and it's 11 inch thickness after sleeping on our old mattress for so many years. The relative softness of the edges or sides has required the most adjustment on our methods of getting into and out of bed. Our Casper has been otherwise perfect."

"Have been sleeping for a long time on Casper mattresses. Moved to a bigger place and needed more beds for the guest room. So bought new ones for ourselves and moved the ones we had to the guestroom. Comfort level: could not be better. Soft with support where needed. Slept better without any stiffness after the third day. I have an adjustable bed frame. Cost: Very competitive. On the lower end of other branded mattresses. I would recommend that Casper be given a try by everyone in the market for a new mattress. Returnable after atrial period within 100 days."

"Terrible. Never been picky about beds or sleep until this mattress; causes back pain within 10 minutes of laying on it. Has only gotten worse over time. Don't listen to their 'hassle-free' return policy - they pass it off to a third party who doesn't cover your area, thus leaving you to dispose of your mattress on your own, on your own time. Then you have to hope they'll honor the refund (just like they honored the pickup). Awful company, awful product, STAY AWAY."
"This is my 3rd Casper mattress I’ve ordered. First purchase was for myself (10years ago)and the next two for my kids. These mattresses are very comfortable. My 10 yo mattress has held up fantastic. Still extremely comfortable."
