The jury is still out

"The jury is still out since we are only 2/3 of the way through our 100 day trial. There is no question that the Snow Max provides firm yet comfortable support. However, I sense that we wasted a lot of money anticipating that the mattress with its built in cooling cover would actually keep us cool. I’m a relatively stationary side sleeper which means I don’t move much over the course of the night. When I first hop into bed, it is actually cool. However after about 20 minutes that cooling has ceased. There are many mornings I wake up perspiring. So, bottom line the Snow Max fails miserably in living up to its cooling claims."

I received this item, promptly

"I received this item, promptly filed for return (not due to quality, I have always loved the mattresses), the courier picked it up about 1 week later, printed the label in front of me, put it on the truck in front of me and then - POOF - there is somehow NO record of it being picked up and I'm not being refunded. It's been a frustrating experience."

It has been a challenge

"It has been a challenge just to get the order correct and sent as I got the split twin and not the one solid piece. One side of the “Snow Max’ that side that someone else sleeps on after asking them and seeing it for myself seems melted? Like some rough stain has already got there in short time"

BEST I'VE EVER SLEPT ON.

"My wife and I upgrade mattresses every time we replace. The CASPER SNOW MAX is the best we've ever slept on - by far. Better than any hotel, luxury cruise, our previous Avocado. The soft conforming top - wonderful. We love it. So does our spoiled old dog."

Too Early

"I have the mattress a littleover 30 days. It is extremely comfortable and I ususally fall asleep quickly and stay alseep. At this point, the issue I have is related to my hips, both of which have been replaced. When I get up in the morning there is pain and stiffness in both sides of the butt at the hip area with some pain down the back of the legs, which usually goes away a little time after rising and moving around (but with some difficulty). I believe this may be due to the extra support provided in that area of the mattress to which my body is not accustomed. I hope this will improve during the remainder of the trial period because, as I said earlier, I really like the mattress. With regard to the question below where I picked "Varies" I would say mostly back sleeper."

"Most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept in. Fully adjustable head and legs, vibrational massage on both and the zero gravity setting makes you feel like you’re floating on a cloud. I highly recommend the Snow Max with the Adjustable Max frame. Much better sleep than my old Sleep Number adjustable set."
