"Very adaptable. Will mold to your head shape. Is sturdy enough to provide support, but not so sturdy as to force your neck to mold to it. Only downside is that it requires washing a little more often than most pillows (every 4 or 5 months instead of the industry standard 6) to keep shape and support. Though I imagine that is a known design tradeoff to keep it from being too firm."
"Bought 4 new pillows to replace my old ones. The filler isn’t the same. Won’t be buying again unless they return to the original Casper pillow. $240 down the drain for something I could have purchased at Walmart $80. So, disappointed. You were my always go pillow for the last ten years. Using my old pillows vs the new ones."
"I love these pillows. I purchased the first one almost 5 years ago. I loved it so well that I purchased pillows for all of the beds in the home. When it came time to replace pillows, (not that they needed it, but the industry says that we should replace pillows every year) I replaced with the same Casper pillow."

When I tried it in the store it was somehow not as fluffy but once I opened a new one at home, it's become too chunky and so I don't feel comfortable. it's a good quality pillow, just the dimensions don't seem to suit me. "The Casper pillow is great. While it doesn't feel like MY perfect pillow, it's been a great upgrade from a pillow that was just NOT working for me (a down/feather soft pillow for back/stomach sleepers). This is more firmer (which I needed) and holds its shape better as a medium soft pillow. I'm not completely sure if I want a softer or firmer pillow but now it doesn't feel like I need to swing hard in a certain direction. I will say, I had some localized neck pain when I turned my head too far in only one direction and that pain has mostly gone away at this point after a few weeks of sleeping on this pillow (and doing some neck stretches and yoga). So I think I can say that it being designed for neck pain is true. I'm a combination sleeper- I find it most comfortable on my back. Sleeping on my side is pretty good. I sometimes sleep on my stomach but I haven't tried pulling out the insert to see how it feels. I sleep on my stomach the least nowadays so I don't feel the need to do that."
