The Casper x Not Suitable for Work Inspired Collection Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Casper Sleep Inc., 196 Mercer Street, Ground Floor, New York, NY 10012 (“Sponsor”).
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, Hulu, Disney, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family or household members are not eligible.
2. Sweepstakes Period
Begins May 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET and ends June 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted outside this period are void.
3. How to Enter
To enter during the Sweepstakes Period:
– Follow @casper and @notsuitableforwork on Instagram
– Like the designated Sweepstakes post
– Submit the official entry form via the link in @casper’s Instagram bio (the “Entry Form”), including all required information
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Use of automated systems or multiple identities is prohibited.
By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
– One (1) “Your Mattress Knows Too Much” Inspired Collection
– One (1) Cloud One Mattress (any size)
– One (1) Percale Sheet Set (any size)
– One (1) Original Pillow Double Pack
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,538
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing within five (5) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
Winner will be notified via email and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Hulu, Disney, Instagram, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Entrants may receive marketing communications and may opt out at any time.
11. Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other platform used for promotion.
12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
