What pillow firmness should I choose?Soft, Firm, and In BetweenA pillow’s overall firmness may seem subjective, but there is real science and testing the Casper product development team conducts for every pillow we create to determine its firmness. What you find most comfortable is a choice completely up to you, but we have developed a five-point scale to make shopping for the perfect firmness a little bit easier. "Pretty much EVERY time I buy something these days on the splinterweb I am asked to review it which is a real pain in the neck!! However, this item, thankfully is NOT! In fact it's rather cool. One thing worth mentioning is the chunk of metal that is the zipper pull. . . . be extra careful to ensure it doesn't scratch your nice, wooden headboard or wifey will be pissed!!"
