"The adjustable base was complicated to set up and I had to damage my existing bedframe to use it despite being told otherwise. It was nearly impossible to set up by mysefl, whcih is clear in the instructions but not clear when I made the purchase. I don't know why but I was not offered installation. If I was I would have taken it. The bed is fine."
