What are the different types of pillows? It's What's Inside That CountsCasper pillows fall into three varieties of fill: fiber, foam, or a combination of the two we call hybrids. The type of pillow fill that is best for you is mostly a personal preference, but if you are looking for a pillow that is fully washable, the Casper collection of fiber pillows will be best. If you are hoping for a pillow that requires no fluffing, the Casper hybrid or foam pillow collection is the clear winner. FiberCasper’s fiber category of pillows is the most traditional type of pillow. It includes both natural down and down alternative fills to fit your preference. The Casper collection of fiber pillows includes the bestselling Casper Original Pillow, Original Cooling Pillow and the Casper Down Pillow. FoamCasper foam pillows are engineered with just the right balance of squish and support and, most importantly, they never need to be fluffed. The Casper collection of foam pillows includes the Casper Foam Snow Pillow. HybridA Casper hybrid pillow is the best of both worlds, combining the traditional fluff and softness of down alternative with the support and squish of foam that never goes flat. The Casper collection of hybrid pillows includes the Casper Hybrid Pillow and the Casper Hybrid Snow Pillow. |

Firmness
What pillow firmness should I choose?Soft, Firm, and In BetweenA pillow’s overall firmness may seem subjective, but there is real science and testing the Casper product development team conducts for every pillow we create to determine its firmness. What you find most comfortable is a choice completely up to you, but we have developed a five-point scale to make shopping for the perfect firmness a little bit easier. FirmA pillow with the least amount of sink is considered a firm pillow on the Casper firmness scale. Medium FirmOne step closer to the middle ground, a medium-firm firmness is a touch softer on the scale. MediumThe Goldilocks of firmnesses, a pillow with a medium firmness will be enjoyed by most sleepers. It is that 'just right' balance of soft and firm. Medium SoftOne step closer to the middle ground, a medium-soft firmness is a touch firmer on the scale. SoftSometimes also called plush, this is a pillow that you really sink into and is the softest option available in the Casper pillow collection. |

Profile
What pillow height is best for me?Rest Your HeadA combination of height and firmness, profile refers to the overall height of the pillow once compressed with your head while lying down. Did you know the average adult head is between 8 and 12 pounds? The Casper product development team tests each pillow's overall profile in order to provide sleepers the best understanding of which pillow may be best for them. For the optimal fit, the pillow you sleep with should fill the gap your shoulders create between your head and the surface of your mattress. Casper pillows come in low and medium profiles to fit a variety of sleep positions and sleeper body types. Low ProfileGenerally, smaller individuals and some stomach or back sleepers prefer a lower profile pillow. In the Casper pillow collection our lowest profile pillow is the Casper Down Pillow. Medium ProfileThe perfect middle ground that fits the most sleep styles and sleeper sizes, especially side sleepers. Casper medium profile pillows include Original Pillow, Original Cooling Pillow, Hybrid Pillow, Hybrid Snow Pillow, and Foam Snow Pillow. |

"Took the tag off and it ripped a hole in it allowing the down to poof out any time pressure was applied to the pillow. Most brands have easily removable tags. Thinking Casper would, too, I rendered the pillow useless immediately."
"They are generally very comfortable and conforming but I tend to like pretty soft pillows but these were not quite as soft as the sales person indicated. Still great pillows overall and would definitely recommend. They are nice and cool as well."
"I purchased a king bed, percale sheet set, and 2 pillows in May to be delivered to my new home a month later. The bed is great but the sheets and the pillows and not as I expected. The sheets are not soft and have not softened after being washed multiple times. The pillows are too high and dense. I reached out to customer service and was told that once they were opened and used there’s no recourse."
"Best pillows"
"I like the pillow but there is a crackling sound when using kind of sounds like a plastic under cover. We are waiting for a bed ordered mid June, told we’d have it by 7/2, and after 3 emails from my husband have been told it’ll be 7/31. Very disappointing as we needed it by the 24th."
"Best pillow I've found so far! No neck aches or other issues."
"I was a side sleeper for ever and a couple of years I had a hip replacement. I had a hard timing finding a pillow that provided to proper support for back sleeping until I discovered the Casper Down/Feather Pillow. Now, sweet dreams."
"Feather light, soft, comfortable, can adjust it easily."
"Casper down pillows are the greatest. This is my second one. It fluffs nicely and I sink into it for a good night sleep."
"Pillow is fine. Very nice. But a little overpriced. But you guys are in the mall. Overhead costs. I get it."
