"The mattress strikes a great balance between comfort and support, and I’ve had consistently comfortable, restful nights of sleep since it arrived. It feels well made, offers good pressure relief without being too soft, and I’m waking up feeling refreshed. "Horrible mattress, should not be name the one. This mattress is hard. Dont not buy unless you like sleeping on the floor. Have not had a good night sleep since I bought it. Just returned it. "Incredibly comfortable. We got two (King and Queen) for our guest rooms, and I find myself taking naps there instead of my own bed. Sleeps a little warm compared to some other mattresses, and the off-gassing was god awful for several days when we unpacked it. Not perfect, but compared to our more expensive master bedroom mattress I'd say it's 90% as good for less than half the price. And zero complaints from our guests so far!"
"Very nice mattress. I had to buy a bunkie board for under it because the slats on the new bed were much further apart than the Casper recommended 4" maximum. It is usually comfortable, but I'm a side sleeper and occasionally the pressure it puts on my hips and shoulders is a bit uncomfortable. It would be perfect for a back sleeper. I was so happy to have it delivered to my door."
"Love it. Feels too soft to the touch with your hand but feels amazing the first time you lie down on it. I'm mostly a side sleeper but I flip around a lot all night and I like that the vibrations don't affect the person next to me. I'm flipping around less now too"

Casper is willing to refund me; however, they don't have the original with firmness; that has been redesigned softer. I'm sleeping on a couch as my back hurts terribly on "The One" advertised as medium firm."
"The first month felt OK. But a few months in and I’ve been to an orthopedic specialist multiple times now for back pain that goes away once I get up in the morning and walk around for an hour. Their original mattresses from 2017 were far better, these new ones are way too soft and there’s something amiss. Giving me horrible, lower back and hip pain."
