I purchased two Twin XL

"I purchased two Twin XL frames. They work fine; however, there's plenty of room for improvement. They included a couple of clumsy plastic connectors to tie two bed frames together. That should have been a solid metal piece, not $ 0.99 garbage. A High School dropout designed the remotes. Some controls are left-to-right, some up-and-down, some buttons are flush, some raised, and some are toggles (but they don't act like toggles). Another concern: anyone who uses two Twin XL mattresses knows they will drift apart. You would assume that a large company like Casper, which sells premium products at a premium price, would have a ready solution (like side bars). Unfortunately, they don't."

"Creaks all of the time and the lumbar support is not that good, it seems to be made for either a shorter person or a person that never uses the other adjustable positions (which defeats the purpose of the bed). At least the massage & light features are nice."

"Any of the positive features are cancelled by the overall "bundle". It came with no sheets, and even the deepest/largest sheets that I purchased are always pulling off of the mattress as the base is adjusted. I regret this purchase."

"The frame and mattress are great. Love the adjustable frame. The delivery and installation was the worst I have ever experienced. Delivery was 3 hours late. The delivery team was completely inexperienced. The installation team tried but had wired the frame incorrectly. I had to troubleshoot a function not working. 2 feet were missing. I found them when I was breaking down the packaging that they refused to take away."
