"I am loving our split king adjustable base. The movement is quiet although there is a click from the electrical switch that is noticeable (not enough to wake you) when the movement first starts. I don't use the vibration so I can't comment on that. I really appreciate that you can set the 4 position presets on the remote so you aren't stuck with the factory settings. There is a subtle light that shines on the ground where the USB outlets are. My only complaint is that you can't adjust your partner's position if they start snoring."

"I received the adjustable pro base bed frame and mattress last week, The first day the foot end did not adjust. I have made several calls and sent a video. I hear nothing of substance in return . I would like the defective framed picked up and at the same time a new bed frame delivered and set up. It is very disappointing the lack of responses and information how this will be handled."
