"From the time we tried the mattress at the store, we were hooked. The innerspring mattress with the soft foam layers, offer a night's sleep that feels perfect. I like the support of the Casper in a standard mattress height, so all of the added foam pads can go and I can sit comforably on the side of the bed. Plus the sheets fit better. After 6-weeks, we're sleeping and dreaming peacefully every night. We plan to allow the full 3-month test-run before tossing the old mattresses, but as of now, we're pretty certain that Casper is truly a keeper."

"It's a keeper. I'm coming from a Sealy Posturepedic Crown Jewel queen firm, probably 20 years old. I have moderately bad sleep apnea and am a bit overweight. It is necessary for me to sleep on my side to minimize airway obstruction. The shoulder and hip pain I was developing from this position is much better now. Despite the Snow being considered firm by your and Consumer Reports criteria, I find it softer than what I have been used to. It is harder to turn over during the night and there is more sag when sitting on the edge. I don't know if this suggests a more limited lifespan or not. Temperature wise it seems neutral. I much prefer a cooler sleep environment and have not noticed much difference among various mattresses at home vs hotels etc. All in all the pros weigh more than the cons and getting/setting up our first online mattress was essentially hassle-free. "This is a good mattress, though it is not heavy so moves around a bit on the adjustable foundation. Delivery was not a good experience. Mattress was left in driveway, in the rain, even though we paid for set up. The set up had to be scheduled separately…for a week later."
"After putting off replacing my worn mattress for a year, I took action during our Winter Snow/Cold snap and bought the Casper Snow mattress and a Casper pillow, and guess what? When I awake, my back is no longer stiff, my surgery shoulder is no longer sore and I seldom have the neck strain headaches that I used to. It was a double blessing that it all was delivered right to my porch! No snow excursions required."
