"I’m extremely disappointed with both the Casper weighted blanket and the customer service experience that followed. The blanket feels surprisingly cheap for the price. The quality is nowhere near what I expected from Casper, and it is also much smaller than anticipated. After seeing and feeling it in person, I immediately knew it wasn’t something I wanted to keep. I did not use the blanket and contacted Casper to return it. That’s when I learned my return would be denied because I purchased the blanket on sale. If sale items are final sale and ineligible for returns, that needs to be made very clear at the point of purchase—ideally directly next to the item in the cart before a customer completes checkout. A customer should not have to discover after purchasing an item that the normal return policy doesn’t apply. I’m now out approximately $100 for a blanket I haven’t used and don’t want, simply because of a return restriction that was not made sufficiently clear during the purchasing process. The poor quality of the blanket was disappointing, but the customer service and lack of transparency around the return policy made the experience significantly worse. As a first time (and last time) customer, I expected much better from Casper and would not purchase from them again."
