"The design and fabric quality are perfect. The bed has a soft, tailored appearance, and the support is solid. The foot and side rails have a slight misalignment, and the white glove delivery/installer team told me that's just how they are made."
"Order mattress and bed frame on line 11-19-25. Mattress came on or about 11-25-25. Bed frame still has not shown up as of 12-16-25. All sales, zero service!!!!!! unable to use mattress until bed arrives. Never purchasing again."

The delievery service was late the day it was delievered and refused to bring it upstairs nor put it together, which was what I paid for. Also got attitude from customer service who informed me they couldn’t refund me for the delivery service. They kept pushing products I didn’t want. Never buying from them again."
