"This is the pillow that I've always wanted! The constant coolness is a Godsend and helps me to sleep through the night. Although it is much flatter than my other pillows, it has cured my neck of its years of pain. Also, I don't have to keep moving and flipping the pillow to find a cool spot. "I took the online sleep quiz on Casper's website and this is the pillow that was recommended for me. However, I find the pillow to be very uncomfortable. I thought that being a hybrid pillow would mean it had a foam core with more fluff around it, but it just feels like a regular foam pillow to me. It doesn't matter how much fluffing or maneuvering of the pillow I do, it's still uncomfortable. It's like sleeping on a cool rock. That said, it does stay cool, so the "snow" part of its moniker is correct. If you like foam pillows with one single piece of foam, you might like this pillow. Unfortunately, it's not the pillow for me."
