"Customer service was great but very uncomfortable for being a $2000 mattress. We used the Casper sheets for the cooling aspect of the mattress being hot sleepers but we’re going to return to try the dream. If not, we will return all together because it’s not the best like it was in the store. The chemical smell is still there after 30 days and it’s strong."
"This is by far the worst mattress I have ever slept on. My husband and I have been struggling with severe neck and back pain since getting this and haven’t had a single night of good rest. The mattress is lumpy and so uncomfortable and Casper refuses to take it back. we regret ever purchasing from this company as it was ridiculously expensive and not at all worth the price. The quality does NOT match the price point. Avoid this at all costs!! Customer service is a nightmare and refuses to help. In the event you are actually able to connect with a human and not an AI bot, they will just throw generic script response at you. They are not customer centric AT ALL and I hate this mattress so much. My back and neck is utterly ruined and Casper refuses to help"
"I have a queen adjustable. I get pretty good sleep, but I've had better. The bed is comfortable enough. The sides lack support and are mushy. The adjustments are hard to control when my partner is in bed with me. Different size people mean settings don't always work for both of us, the lumbar support in particular. The massage / vibration is not great. It is noisy and if I use the third strongest setting, my dishes in cabinet downstairs rattle. It does more for them than me. . ."
