"I’d like to receive the bed!!!! Terrible delivery service- late or non- existent. . time and time again— I am now going to be 9 weeks from purchase to delivery— and that’s if they show up for their scheduled delivery #5!!!!! Profoundly disappointed in Casper and their terrible choice of delivery agent ! My sleep style?: on the floor!!!!"
"To be honest, our previous mattress was terrible so the bar was pretty low for this new one lol. But the Casper Snow is incredible. I really needed the cooling feature to combat night sweats (perimenopause, yay) & my partner needed firm support for genetic spine issues (two spinal surgeries, yay) & this mattress is the perfect fit for both of those. I'm still trying to figure out how a mattress with springs fit into a box like that - science! But seriously, this is a great mattress & so far has been worth every penny we spent on it."
"I ordered a queen and what was delivered was a king mattress inside of a queen box. Of course, I did not know this until it was expanded in a very small room and when I reached out, it took several weeks to resolve this. I had guests who had to stay in a hotel. Customer service was less than desirable. !"
"$2000 dollars for mattress. I felt no diffrence between my old Caspar which was half the price by the way… and this “Snow” mattress and the generic from amazon besides the top material. We live in an age where things are way to expensive and made out of all the same materials. Bad purchase on my part wont do it again."
"This mattress is as advertised. However, it could use a little more depth. Fitted sheets tend to wrinkle easily. I would strongly recommend the 14" inch version of the Snow, even though it is more expensive."

"The mattress is too soft and hurts our backs. Tried to return it and Casper turned it over to sharetown and they claim there is no one in our area that can pick it and I have to find someone myself. Casper does not stand behind their return policy."
"We were really hoping to replicate the comfort of our Casper mattress at home at our place near our family. Unfortunately, it is just okay and definitely doesn't deliver on the comfort promised for a side sleeper. "I have had the Casper Snow for a year and five months. I appreciate that when I sit on the edge, it doesn't wake up my husband. The support is good and it retains its shape, unlike traditional innerspring mattresses we've had in the past that ended up with indentations where we regularly slept. What I really dislike is that we both feel like we are on fire when sleeping on this mattress in the summer months. Every night I find myself trying to find a cool spot to move to in order to cool down. Simply throwing the covers off isn't enough. Within a short period of moving, that part of the bed is hot too. Now we're looking to invest in a topper or cooling mattress pad or Bedjet climate system just to be comfortable enough to sleep. I wish we'd stuck with an innerspring mattress because I used to be able to sleep through the night. However, if you are not a hot sleeper, this will likely be comfortable for you."
