"Just awful. It is nothing like the original Essential model. It’s so uncomfortable and has a horrible amount of motion transfer. My back pain has gotten so much worse since I’ve been sleeping on it and the company will not even refund me or make the situation right in any way. Save your money and get a mattress someplace else. The quality of Casper mattresses is not what it used to be."

"I reveived an email stating that my items would be delivered to XPO (within 2-10 business days) and they will call to reschedule. This is day 15. The box spring and mattress cover came via UPS when I wasn't home. I found out today, the mattress is apparently delayed after numerous emails and phone calls. If you purchase this mattress, be prepared for a long wait. I am thinking it is not worth all the trouble and will send it back as soon (or if) it arrives."
