Delivery and Customer Service has made the experience terrible

"I reveived an email stating that my items would be delivered to XPO (within 2-10 business days) and they will call to reschedule. This is day 15. The box spring and mattress cover came via UPS when I wasn't home. I found out today, the mattress is apparently delayed after numerous emails and phone calls. If you purchase this mattress, be prepared for a long wait. I am thinking it is not worth all the trouble and will send it back as soon (or if) it arrives."

Great quality for a good price

"After dealing with back issues for a long time, I decided to switch mattresses to something of better quality. The Casper essential was the one I settled on, both for ease and for price. I have had it now for about a year and always enjoy sleeping on it. As someone very petite, it is still slightly firm for me and have needed a slight extra topper on top. My partner is larger and sometimes has hip pain because it sinks a little too much under him. I would say it is the perfect bed for the average sized person, looking for a bed of medium firmness for a good value."
