"When you buy a bed, I expected them to deliver, set it up and remove old bed. Casper didn't give you that choice online, deliver bed, frame and headboard to house via UPS. We are retired too heavy for us to move that stuff. Our phone lasted over 30 minutes to get a crew to deliver and set up bed. The sales associate was very helpful and made sure everything was done before ending call. Kudos to salesperson"

He has the Casper Dream and we have slept on it several times and I wake up with less back pain. I also am not noticing the “cooling” aspect of the Snow Max. Overall, I am satisfied. "The jury is still out since we are only 2/3 of the way through our 100 day trial. There is no question that the Snow Max provides firm yet comfortable support. However, I sense that we wasted a lot of money anticipating that the mattress with its built in cooling cover would actually keep us cool. I’m a relatively stationary side sleeper which means I don’t move much over the course of the night. When I first hop into bed, it is actually cool. However after about 20 minutes that cooling has ceased. There are many mornings I wake up perspiring. So, bottom line the Snow Max fails miserably in living up to its cooling claims."
