"Good neck support. Cooling technology? Where? Nope, not there yet. I purchased this for cooling primarily and neck support. I had an old memory foam pillow that served me well but was warm. This is just another memory foam pillow albeit much more expensive! Disappointed."

Also apparently you can’t exchange these if you use them, as if there was any other way to determine if you like a pillow.
