"The frame and mattress are great. Love the adjustable frame. The delivery and installation was the worst I have ever experienced. Delivery was 3 hours late. The delivery team was completely inexperienced. The installation team tried but had wired the frame incorrectly. I had to troubleshoot a function not working. 2 feet were missing. I found them when I was breaking down the packaging that they refused to take away."
