"I like this much better than the foam but it’s still a bit stiffer than I’d like it to be, if it wasn’t so thick I wouldn’t feel the need for it to be softer but I feel like it forces your head out of alignment a bit no matter side or back sleeping (won’t work for stomach way to thick)"
"Honestly, I didn’t really notice a cooling effect, which is why I gave it 3 stars. The faux down filling is comfortable and it washed nicely, coming out fluffy with the filling evenly distributed. It seems like a well made pillow that I would recommend, but don’t expect it to be too cooling."
"Quite possibly the worst pillows I have ever purchased. I own the Casper Originals pillows, and I have loved them for two years. So when it was time to purchase new, I went straight to Casper. Cooling Pillows? Awesome. Unfortunately, there pillows are neither the same firmness as the Originals (as they say in the descriptive), or cooling. In fact, my old Caspers were far cooler. My new pillows flattened out quite easily. I emailed this company twice about how dissatisfied I was, and all I got was crickets. And obviously, there are not cheap pillows. Wasted money. Now I am looking for new pillows. Elsewhere."

"As a hot sleeper, this is a great choice! Noticeably cooler than my usual foam pillow. It contours to my head and neck without sinking too far into it like with down filling. The pillow is thick, but if you prefer a larger pillow and struggle with sweating while sleeping, this is a great choice!"
"If you like both sides of your pillow to be cool, this pillow is definitely for you! The cooling effect is really great and makes the pillow so comfortable to use. It is a great thickness too. I used to use 2 pillows stacked on top of each other to position myself at the angle I liked, but this pillow is the perfect height for me. It is nice that the entire pillow can be washed easily. It unzips and the inside and outside can be washed. They are both thicker than a typical pillow case, which makes the drying time a little longer as the only downfall to this pillow. It is soft and comfortable, while still being thick and firm enough for a side or back sleeper. I would highly recommend this pillow if you want an upscale hotel feel in your home!"

"This is a great pillow! I typically use flatter pillows, so I wasn't sure how I would like this one. But the fluffiness of it is perfect. I notice the cooling feature when I first go to lay down on it. I still sweat at night, but when I get up in the middle of the night for kids, its nice to lay back down on a cool pillow."

"This pillow was too lofty for my neck. My head kept slipping off. I tried taking the insert out, but then it was too flat. The zip-away pillow and insert were very well-made. I wish there was a way to take the fill out because it was uncomfortable to sleep on. The cooling effect was nice."
