"I like the comfort and firmness level of this mattress. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the cover associated with the Casper the One mattress. I removed the quilted mattress cover from my previous mattress giving this mattress a much more plush quality. Mattress cover could be improved on."
"I had the original Casper mattress for 10 years, a very firm mattress. This mattress is soft, so soft it's difficult to get onto the bed. Casper is willing to refund me; however, they don't have the original with firmness; that has been redesigned softer. I'm sleeping on a couch as my back hurts terribly on "The One" advertised as medium firm."
"The first month felt OK. But a few months in and I’ve been to an orthopedic specialist multiple times now for back pain that goes away once I get up in the morning and walk around for an hour. Their original mattresses from 2017 were far better, these new ones are way too soft and there’s something amiss. Giving me horrible, lower back and hip pain."

"I'm afraid Iam not satisfied with the mattress. It was quite comfortable for amonth or so, even though it's almost impossible to sit on the edge orf the bed to say put on my socks. It doesn't have any edge stiffness and I feel like I will slide right off. The other problem that has shown up is "hammocking" in the middle already. My previuos latex single didn't do that for about 5 years. That's why I wanted to try your highly rated mattres.
